in more places than just this reading, it has been said that time and space are connected. but, are time and place connected as well?

I think time and place are also connected. If you look at history you can see how much different places have changed over time. In the 1920's NYC was totally different than it is now. Place is inlfluenced by people and people change over time. This is where I believe the connected is.
