I am just posting an update I am out of the hospital and on bedrest with 24 hour medical care provided I am healing well and feeling much better i am taking pain medicatino and things are going well I will try to come to wednesdays class for a little bit with someone with me since i cannot be alone. thank you for everyone's concerns :)
